1.All items must be paid for in full before they are dispatched. Once payment has reflected in our account we will start processing the order.

3. Errors and omissions are expected. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed on the site at an incorrect price, Jhb bedding reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price and or if items are unexpectedly out of stock.
4. Jhb bedding reserves the right to cancel an order at any time for any reason.
5. The items listed are subject to stock availability. Only payments made in full confirms an order. Jhb bedding will not be held liable for any damages or loss.
6. This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. Due to the nature of our items, jhb bedding does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials on this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.
7. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only and might differ slightly from the actual product in size, color ,designs or packaging .
8. Jhb bedding accepts payments in store, via cash ,We Also accept EFT payments directly into our bank account. Goods purchased will only be dispatched once the payment has appeared into our account. Kindly reconfirm the banking details before payments are made. Standard bank / Capitec can be used for eft payments.
9. Ownership of the goods changes to the purchaser once the order has been collected from our premises.
10. Jhb bedding will ensure your orders are prepared timeously. Orders will be prepared once payment has been received. Due to stock limitation, no set asides will be made for any Customer. Turn around time for orders after payment has appeared is 3-7 working days but can be longer depending on the time of the month ,stock availability and the amount of orders that need to be prepared .
11. Should there be a urgent order please make sure to inform us immediately prior to making the order and payment.
12. Due to the nature of our items, jhb bedding reserves the right on all refunds and returns. Jhb bedding does not accept any exchanges or refunds on any product. In the event that there is a factory default on a item, the item will be exchanged. Jhb bedding will not be held liable for any third-party damages. No refunds or returns will be accepted on the basis of Wear and Tear as well as on durability of goods supplied by jhb bedding.
13. In the event of a exchange jhb bedding will examine the item once it has been received from our courier service, and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or inform you when the new order can be expected. Lead time on this process can be 3-7 working days depending on the situation and stock availability and or when the accounts department will iniate the refund.
14. Jhb bedding will ensure all goods are counted and packed according to the order.Purchaser or persons collecting on behalf of purchaser must inspect and recount the goods on collection. No shortages will be entertained after collection is made. Change should also be double checked before leaving the store , once you leave the store ,shortage of change will not be entertained at all.
15. You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for purchases made. Courier costs are non-refundable. Courier costs are set when you check out at the end of placing your order. Should your order exceed the weight and maximum dimensions set by our courier service ,additional charges will apply and be invoiced separately. Should you wish to make use of your own courier service clear communication must be sent via email only stating the name of the courier company, the collection date ,the collection name and contact information and the collection or tracking number. The same lead time period will apply for this process .
16. Jhb bedding will ensure to pack the fragile items with extra care and packaging. However, in an event of items been damaged/loss by the courier, we will not be held liable for their damages/loss. Extra charges may apply for bubble wrap and or special packaging/ boxes / containers that need to be used for fragile items.
17.Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped using the pudo service from the courier guy. Parcels do not get delivered to your door you will need to collect the parcel from your closest courier guy depot/locker. (The same system as pep/postnet) locations can be found online: Pudo- where to find us. If you are unsure about how it works/ the specific locations please contact us directly. Please use your preferred pudo location as your shipping address, alternatively we will send it to the closest locker/depot from the address provided. The courier will communicate directly with the receiver via sms/email or direct calls.
Should you require a door delivery service please contact us directly to arrange this service.
Lead time: Orders take 3-10 days depending on stock availability at the time, the volume of online orders and your location.
Exchanges/Refunds: No exchanges or refunds on any item. Should there be a factory default/damage on bedding items we will happily exchange it for a new set, this needs to be communicated with us no more than 3 days after receiving your order, after that we will no longer be able to exchange anything. No refunds or Exchanges on any appliances. Please be sure of items before placing the order. If you are unsure of designs/colours/quality/sizing please contact us to assist.
