SHIPPING: All orders are shipped using the pudo service from the courier guy. Parcels do not get delivered to your door you will need to collect the parcel from your closest courier guy depot/locker. (The same system as pep/postnet) locations can be found online: Pudo- where to find us. If you are unsure about how it works/ the specific locations please contact us directly. Please use your preferred pudo location as your shipping address, alternatively we will send it to the closest locker/depot from the address provided. The courier will communicate directly with the receiver via sms/email or direct calls.

Lead time: Orders take 3-10 days depending on stock availability at the time, the volume of online orders and your location.

Exchanges/Refunds: No exchanges or refunds on any item. Should there be a factory default/damage on bedding items we will happily exchange it for a new set, this needs to be communicated with us no more than 3 days after receiving your order, after that we will no longer be able to exchange anything.
